Required documents:
- Passport (minimum age 23).
- Driver's license (minimum 5 years driving experience).
Insurance description:
- Full insurance does not cover cases of punctured tires and broken windows.
Insurance exclusions:
- Driver was under influence of alcohol or drugs during accident.
- Client allowed unlicensed or unauthorized person to drive.
- Client fled the accident scene.
Extra time policy:
If the paid rental period is exceeded by 59 minutes, a full day charge applies.
Fuel policy:
The car must be returned with the same amount of fuel as at pickup to avoid extra charges.
No refunds for unused fuel.
Accident instructions:
- Be sure to contact our manager.
- Do not leave the accident scene until the traffic police arrive.
Rental conditions:
- Minimum rental period is 24 hours.
- The rental period starts from the moment of agreement.
- If the paid rental period is exceeded by 59 minutes, a full day charge applies.
